Lovely to meet you

As a lifelong learner my constant teachers are reflections in nature, relationships and the body. Being a qualified primary school teacher established a foundation in leading groups and holding space, that led me into various pathways of facilitation roles including the fascination of freedom that comes from moving with the flow and welcoming each phase and cycle of life.

A nurturer by nature engaged in the conversation beyond words, the language of the heart we offer heart-FULL presence in community. This is what creates unity and harmony in the body, mind and soul. For I believe it is this frequency of love and kindness that will heal the Earth.
