These are the Terms and Conditions that apply to Zenthai Shiatsu Cairns bookings. Please read them carefully. By booking these trainings with Zenthai shiatsu Cairns, you agree to be bound by these agreements.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

• All persons booking the retreat must carefully read and under the Terms & Conditions that follow.

• Those who wish to register must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• To secure your place on the level one training, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• To secure your place on the 9 month training, a $950 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment is due by date stated, Two week prior to the training start date. You will be reminded after your deposit has processed of the balance due date with payment options.

• Payments can be made on our site through, direct deposit, through PayPal to kiera.douglas04@gmail.com or cash in person.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• We understand that your plans made be affected by unexpected events. Any cancellation must be written in writing via email and be acknowledged by Zenthai shiatsu Cairns in writing via email.

• Kiera Douglas reserves the right to cancel the training for any reason but will not cancel 30 days or less before the training start date except in the case of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control which in this case the client, you, would be refunded of all payments made as soon as possible.

• If you cancel 60 days before the retreat start date, you may receive a refund on payments made, excluding the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your booking.

• All payments become non-refundable less than 60 days before the training start date.

TRAVEL AND AIRFARE

• Zenthai Shiatsu Cairns training does not include national or international airfare. We encourage you to wait for confirmation of the booking before making any non-refundable travel arrangements including airfaire.

• The client acknowledges that the price of the training does not include travel insurance and is encouraged to obtain separately.

• The client accepts responsibility for obtaining passports, visas, certificates if required and responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing documentation.

• Any advice on travel given by the Zenthai shiatsu Cairns organisers is purely advisory, provided as a courtesy and is not responsible for any errors or omissions as to the information provided by third parties such as the appropriate governmental authorities.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.

• Participants must inform the training organisers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements in advance.

• Participants must inform the retreat organisers of any complaints against Zenthai shiatsu Cairns or its organisers to a facilitator/retreat leader at the earliest opportunity to rectify the matter. Not expressing dissatisfaction during the retreat may diminish the client's ability to seek compensation from Wisdom Within Women’s Retreat. If satisfaction is not achieved during the retreat, any subsequent complaints must be submitted in writing to kiera.douglas04@gmail.com within 30 days of the trip's conclusion.

• Participants are expected to adhere to the schedule, guidelines, and rules set by the retreat organisers.

PROGRAM CHANGES

• The training organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or accommodations due to weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat.

• The retreat organisers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or other health issues that may arise during the retreat.

• Zenthai shiatsu Cairns is generally suitable for individuals who are healthy and moderately fit. If a participant has a medical or other condition that could impact the enjoyment of the trip, it must be communicated at the time of booking. Any changes in your health or fitness before the trip must be promptly reported to the organisers before the retreat begins.

• Participants must recognise that the retreat involves a level of adventure and personal risk. By participating, the participant assumes all such risks and releases Wisdom Within Women’s Retreat and it’s partners from any claims or actions arising from damages, injuries, or death resulting from these inherent risks.

LIABILITY

• The Zenthai shiatsu Cairns organisers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

• Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering health, travel, and personal belongings.

CODE OF CONDUCT

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, staff, and the retreat location.

• Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour such as in our opinion, If Client’s actions pose a threat to the safety of them, others, or to the wildlife, or if that Client’s actions or behaviours are seriously jeopardising the enjoyment of the trip for others may result in the participant being asked to leave the retreat, with no refund provided.

MEDIA RELEASE

• Participants may be photographed or filmed during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in promotional materials including website, all social media platforms.

• Clients can specifically request to the photographer or in writing to our organisers, to not use any material their image is depicted in.

• If not specified by the above, Sacred Spaces is granted an everlasting, royalty-free, global, and irrevocable license to utilise these images for promotional and publicity purposes.

DATA PROTECTION:

• Zenthai shiatsu Cairns requires and may share clients' personal information, including names, addresses, special needs, health conditions, dietary requirements, etc., with outfitters, guides, or suppliers involved in the retreat. We ensure the application of security measures to protect this data and only share relevant information with those responsible for the retreat. Clients provide consent for this information transfer by booking the retreat.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• The Zenthai Shiatsu Cairns organisers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Sacred Spaces and Zenthai Shiatsu Cairns reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the Client’s responsibility to be familiar with them. The latest terms and conditions may be found on our website.

• By booking a spot on the Zenthai shiastus Cairns, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
